The story
Leadership that reaches the next generation
The inaugural Women Together Asia Conference took place in Bali, Indonesia, in June 2024. Hosted by Dr. Susan Chan, it brought together approximately 50 Christian women leaders representing 10 Asian countries under the theme "Influential Leadership Impacting Generations."
I was privileged to participate as one of the keynote speakers alongside Dr. Susan Chan. Our sessions explored Christian leadership, influence, and personal calling, with attention to the ways women can encourage and shape future generations.
The gathering created space to share ministry experiences, develop friendships, and learn from women whose lives and responsibilities were different from our own. Across these varied backgrounds, biblical encouragement gave us common ground for reflection and conversation.
Prayer and spiritual encouragement were an important part of the conference, especially for women serving in challenging ministry environments. For me, Bali was also the beginning of relationships that would continue through the Women Together Asia journey.
