Receiving the vision
Haggai invested in my life and helped me give words to my calling. Its mission to end Gospel poverty resonated deeply with my desire to see people encounter Christ and discover their purpose.
Haggai International · National Facilitator
The Haggai Leadership Experience in 2018 profoundly shaped my journey. It gave me a vision—to be God's gentle voice to the nations—and awakened a desire to invest in others as Haggai had invested in me.
Today, I serve as a National Facilitator with Haggai International. I facilitate leadership training and walk alongside Christian leaders as they grow in character, calling, influence, and leadership capacity. Together, we explore how biblical leadership principles can take root in their own contexts.
“I received the vision. I embraced the mission. I am now committed to multiplying the investment—one leader at a time.”

The heart of leadership
Haggai invested in my life and helped me give words to my calling. Its mission to end Gospel poverty resonated deeply with my desire to see people encounter Christ and discover their purpose.
Leadership means caring faithfully for what God has entrusted to us. I seek to help leaders grow in character, understand their calling, and put biblical leadership principles into practice in their own communities.
What others have invested in me, I now have the privilege and responsibility to invest in others: developing leaders who are spiritually grounded, biblically shaped, and equipped to influence their communities and nations.
Women, dignity & calling
I have met women with extraordinary wisdom, ability, and dreams whose opportunities have been limited by culture, circumstances, or economic barriers. My passion is to help them recognise their worth in Christ, discover their gifts, and lead with courage, humility, and integrity.
My theological research explored Jesus as a model for empowering women within an honour-and-shame cultural context. That foundation continues to shape my teaching, women's leadership camps, and involvement with the Ecumenical Forum for Theologically Trained Women, Women Together, and the Asian Evangelical Alliance's women and family ministries.

Sharing the Gospel through faith, practical care, and opportunity.
BEO has been a significant part of my journey of faith and calling. I joined with a desire to see people encounter Christ. What began as an indigenous ministry focused on mission and evangelism among Hindu Marwaris grew as God opened new doors.
Together with my husband, Rev. Naeem John, I became involved in church planting in the interior areas of Sindh, particularly among Hindu communities. Listening to people taught me that sharing the Gospel also means strengthening families, investing in young people, and responding when communities face need.
Over the years, BEO's work has expanded into family life, youth ministry, women's empowerment, leadership development, relief work, brick-kiln rescue missions, Bible distribution, and church planting.
Through sewing centres in South Punjab, we have equipped women with practical skills and created opportunities for dignity, confidence, and economic participation. For me, empowerment also means recognising one's identity, voice, and God-given potential.
Women's leadership camps offer space to grow spiritually, discover a calling, and build the capacity to influence families, churches, and communities. My prayer is that women will know who they are in Christ and have the courage and opportunity to use their influence for His Kingdom.

A ministry of presence, hospitality, prayer, and renewal.
In 2019, I was appointed a Director of Member Care Foundation, becoming the first Pakistani woman to serve in this role. MCF had been founded by Anne DeRebekil almost three decades earlier to care for the missionary community serving in Pakistan.
When this ministry was entrusted to me, I had a heart for people and much to learn. These years have been a journey of dependence on God and growth, discovering how He equips us along the way.
Changing government policies from 2015 led many missionaries to leave Pakistan. As the mission field changed, MCF continued to serve missionaries, the local church, and the Christian community through hospitality, counselling, prayer, encouragement, and a listening ear.
Aram House is intended to be a safe, welcoming space where people can unwind, rest, and be themselves. Behind the need for a room and a meal, there may be an unseen weariness: a need for someone to listen without judgment, pray, or offer a quiet place to breathe.
Each year, we welcome missionaries, ministry leaders, families, friends, and people travelling through Pakistan, alongside guests from the local community. Hospitality can become a ministry of healing, helping people feel seen and valued as they refuel for the work God has entrusted to them.
MCF has taught me that leadership can mean being present, listening, and recognising when someone needs room to rest. My prayer is that MCF and Aram House will continue sharing Christ's love through meaningful hospitality, prayer, and community.
One calling, many expressions
Whether I am facilitating a leadership session, teaching Scripture, supporting a woman as she learns a skill, or listening to a weary guest, the calling is the same: to be available to God and faithful to the people He places in my life.
